MBI has accomplished its goal of providing competent, cost effective Occupational Health services to  employers and employees in Arizona since 1982.  Our philosophy “to fit the applicant to the job and to keep the employee on the job” is derived in part from our Founder's experience as a Corporate Medical Director who purchased and directed medical care for more than 17,000 Bell System employees. It was during these 15 years that our founder honed MBI Philosophy.
